Director of Revenue Cycle Management

As Director of Revenue Cycle Management of Bonafide Management Systems, Michelle is responsible for overseeing all billing programs and processes. Her specialty is conducting AR audits to expose inefficient billing practices that fail to fully reimburse physicians for their work. She conducts AR audits and provides Bonafide customers with training and consulting on how to improve every aspect of billing and practice management to maximize revenue.

Prior to joining Bonafide, Michelle ran her own medical and dental billing service. She employed 12 billers and in 2008 founded SCMB Academy of Medical Billing, Coding & Auditing Training Program based on her observation of

continual billing errors. More than 200 billers were certified in her program. She still teaches Coding, Auditing and ICD10 Certification.

Michelle & her team believe "Certification is key". They continually educate & certify by AAPC, HBMA, AHIMA & 4MED.
