WAYNE BAILEY

Director of Client Services

As Director of Client Services for Bonafide Management Systems, Wayne is responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer development and customer care. His primary focus is identifying and satisfying needs, resolving problems, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Prior to joining Bonafide, Wayne owned and operated Accurate Inventory Management (AIM), which provided inventory rental products and consulting to major accounts including Safeway and Kroger grocery chains. He also owned and operated a chain of home video rental stores, which he sold to a publicly traded company in 1998.

Wayne achieved the highest enlisted grade of Chief Master Sergeant (E-9) in the United States Air Force. He retired with honors and meritorious service medals in 1987.
